Return Policy

The best way to know if a piece is right for you is to interact with it and feel the weight of the garment, the softness of hand, and the ease of the drape. We encourage visiting our retail partners first. However, we understand that’s not always possible so we also offer our items to be bought through the website.

Notice: All Sale items are final sale and not eligible for return.

SHIPPING:

Items are mailed within 2 days from our Waitsfield studio location based on our availability and hours (in other words, we can't ship goods if we're away at a pop up event). All goods are shipped via USPS and you will receive tracking information upon receipt of your purchase. We are NOT responsible for shipping delays or products lost or damaged in the mail. The US Postal Service is responsible for your item(s) once we ship the package. We ship to the shipping address entered at checkout. Please double-check your shipping address before completing your transaction. If you need help to locate your package, please contact your local Post Office or visit the USPS website.

SIZING:

Our goods run true to size on most styles. If you're normally at the top of size then buy that size if you want the item to fit and if you want it a little looser, we recommend choosing a larger size. To help illustrate fits you'll see that our models vary from sizes S - 2X. Our photo sessions help us ensure that the sizes fit a range of bodies. Feel free to call us if you need help deciding which size to buy or which styles may be best for your body type.

EXCHANGES:

If within 15 days(*) of purchase you're looking to exchange an item for a different size then we will cover the cost of the replacement size being sent to you on full price items that are returned unworn and unwashed with original tags on them. We cannot take back goods with stains, smell of cigarette smoke, deodorant, pet hairs or odors, etc.

Please remember SALE items are final sale.

(*) winter holiday gift items must be exchanged by January 15th of the next year.

RETURNS:

Goods are 100% inspected for flaws before being accepted into inventory, placed at retail, or shipped to you. Knits can be snagged by jewelry. To prevent damage, please remove jewelry (or turn rings in) before trying our items on. Since the goods that leave here do not have runs, holes, snags, or burrs on them, we cannot accept them back for these reasons.

Returns cannot show any signs of wear (for example: makeup stains, deodorant, stains, the knit has been stretched out, goods have been washed, altered, etc.) and must be returned in the same condition received with tag(s) attached.

Please contact us for a Return Authorization within 7 days of delivery (as verified by courier).

The Return Authorization will state how quickly the item must be returned upon issue. In general, the goods will be expected back within 7 days of the Authorization being issued (a total of 2 weeks for both authorization and shipping back to us).

We can't afford to cover Return Shipping without raising all retails so shipping costs are your responsibility.

If you qualify for a return you will receive credit towards purchasing anything else in our store. We do not refund money.
